BallStars Adds 280 Photo Ball Templates

BallStars has added 280 new templates that are designed to be used with its exclusive photo transfer ball system to decorate 28 types of sports balls with a photo, graphics, text, logos, and more.

These templates can be edited in Photoshop to create a customized ball for a player, coach, team, or any individual. The new templates feature a patriotic red, white, and blue theme, which uses stars and stripes to accent photo frame borders. Sayings such as “All American Team” and “Baseball Superstar” also are used. Nostalgic-looking versions in sepia tones also are included in this new collection.

A major improvement in this collection is the templates are designed to maximize the imprintable area of the ball, adding to the perceived value. These larger templates require that you have the large 8-inch press head for the Model 5500 press and understand the different technique needed to press balls with large image areas. If you don’t wanting to push the limits, you can simply set your printer to print automatically at 90% to reduce the size in which case you do not need the larger heat press head.

BallStars offers all the most popular sport balls including baseball, basketball, football, and soccer as well as sports such as water polo, cricket, and lacrosse. Pet balls and ornaments also can be decorated and used for gifts, mementos, or promotional products. Balls come in a range of sizes including regulation, mid-sized, and mini. BallStars Hires Senior Graphic Designer

Ballstars, a manufacturer of proprietary photo ball heat transfer systems, has hired Dan Parkison as its senior graphic designer. Parkison will be responsible for designing new templates that are offered to licensees as part of their system package, designing marketing and promotional materials, and doing photography of company products for promotion purposes.

Prior to joining Ballstars, Parkison owned his own sports photography business for 15 years.

The boxes are made of high-quality cardboard in a classic glossy black color that can be customized with a company sticker or embossed so customers will be reminded of where the ball came from.
