| How long does it take from the time I purchase a website to get it up and running? |
If you already have your own domain name and credit card processor setup about 3 days. Longer if you need to those items setup first. |
| Can I use my existing merchant account or just any credit card processor? |
As long its one of these approved ecommerce gateways:
AuthoizeNet ( www.authorize.net)
PayPalPro ( www.paypal.com) (Website Payments Pro)

| After someone places an order, how do I receive the artwork? |
If setup, you will be notified via email you have received a new order. From there, you will be responsible to checking your vendor portal, downloading and processing new orders, and marking them shipped and complete on a regular basis. |
| How will the monthly hosting fees get billed? |
You will need to have a credit card on file where at the beginning of each month you will be bill for the hosting and any transaction fees |

This system is currently setup for US currency only, but it does have Canadian shipping options. |
| I don’t want to offer credit card processing; can I setup everyone as PO or COD customers? |
No, in order for the shopping cart / check out section to work properly you have to have a credit card processor in place; there is no way around this. |
| Can I add other products to my web store like snow globes, golf balls or t-shirts. |
Yes, with the Tier #3 website option you can create as many content pages as you feel fit and list these products here. |

Do we have to go get the domain name and register it or do you guys do that as part of the package?
OR
If I already have a website can I still use a BallStars website?

You will be responsible to get a domain name and register it. From there you'll have 2 choices;
- If you want your domain to be your primary website you will need to update he “A Record” of your domain.
- If you want to keep your existing website you will just need to add a link from your existing website to your new photo sports ball store.

| Can we use our own part numbers to describe the items? |
The SKU for a product (called 'Code' on the product management screens) cannot be changed, however, the 'Name' and 'Descriptions' can. The SKU is not shown to the web-consumer, only the name and descriptions are. |
| Can we show both Canadian and US pricing? |
No, The site does not currently support multiple currencies (i.e. Canadian dollars vs US dollars). |
| What shipping method do you use on the site? We would like to be able to do parcel post. We find the couriers in Canada are just to expensive. |
Site is configured with 'Ground', '2nd Day ', and 'Overnight' as the shipping options. It is up to each individual manufacturer to determine the mapping from these to a specific carrier and method; so, for the items they are producing, they can decide 'Standard' means 'parcel post'. |
| How much customization of the site can we do and do we have access to do it or is it all done with your tech people? |
This is a wizard based website that is fully customizable in appearance. Refer to the user manuals for details. |
